On the same street as the Herrgottskirche, across the road, is the incredible Thimble Museum, the Fingerhutmuseum.
This museum showcases thimbles and sewing tools from every continent, from antiquity to modern times, displayed in an expressive way.
From simple thimbles for everyday use to valuable decorative thimbles, in multiple shapes and materials, they are on display. It's well worth a visit.
