It's the name of the main avenue in the former West Berlin, called Ku'damm.

It's a commercial street that developed in the 19th and early 20th centuries. After World War II, when the city was divided by the war's victors, the Kurfürstendamm area became the center of West Berlin.

It's considered the Champs-Élysées of Berlin, full of shops, houses, hotels, and restaurants. In particular, many fashion designers have their shops on this famous street, as well as luxury stores from various car manufacturers.

Worth a visit.
