The oldest pool of Iceland, used to teach Icelanders how to swim back in the days. Today it's open for anyone who want to enjoy the hot waters. There's a simple hut to change in and the hop in. The water is about 37 degrees so not the hottest pool but certainly one of the best settings in a lush green valley. From the parking lot it's about 20 min hike to get to the pool.
Since the water is not that hot, it's best to visit in the summer.
