Kvernufoss is a short 15 min walk away from the parking lot. There has recently been built a path so it's very accessible and you can walk all the way behind it and look out.

It is far less crowded than Skogafoss but it is gaining in popularity. In winter, the trail and path behind can become dangerous - bring crampons!
