Víðimýrarkirkja church is a super cool turf church in Iceland that was almost lost but got saved just in time. Built in 1834, it's got turf walls and timber gables, making it a unique piece of Icelandic history. The National Museum of Iceland stepped in to renovate it, so now you can check out this awesome slice of the past.
