A great way to spend a day on Maui's north shore. A lot of people try to squeeze some of these things into their Road to Hana day, but I think that's a mistake. You'll be too crunched for time and end up missing the best stuff towards (and past) Hana.
Twin Falls is best early in the morning (they open at 7AM) before the crowds show up.
Make reservations for Mama's Fish House WELL IN ADVANCE. I have it slotted in here for dinner, but you could swap and do it for lunch easily.
