🗺️ How to Get There:
From Búðardalur, take Road 586 (Haukadalsvegur) east for about 8 km. Look for signs marking Eiríksstaðir. The final section is a gravel track but easily accessible by regular car in summer.
💰 Entrance Fee (museum):
Adults: 2,000 ISK
Students/Seniors: 1,500 ISK
Children under 12: Free

📅 Best Time of the Year to Visit:
May to September. The museum operates only during the summer season when the longhouse is staffed by guides. Outside of these months, the building can be viewed from the outside.
