I’ve spent most of my life exploring Scotland, from my childhood growing up in the Scottish Highlands to the present day.

My passion for Scotland’s castles has led me to travel extensively to visit these incredible places. This is a journey I have shared on my social media page ‘Castles of Scotland’ for the past 8 years.

I understand how difficult it can be to plan a trip to visit Scotland when you don’t know the area well and want to maximise your time. This is why I’ve created an interactive map of Scotland’s Castles to help you get the most out of your trip. This map also includes other historic places to visit such as medieval buildings and monuments.

There will be information included on each location based on my in-depth knowledge and personal experience. As I continue my own adventures around Scotland, the map will be updated and new locations added.
