Relaxing Banff Mineral Hot Springs♨️
I love ending a Sulphur Mountain day here! You just hop off the gondola, take a quick 5 minute walk over to the hot springs, and that first blast of steamy mineral air hits you. And yep, a little sulphury... lets call it part of the charm lol??
The pool isn’t huge, which I actually prefer. Feels kinda old-school and cozy. You can rent a towel there, stash your stuff in a locker, and sink in. After a chilly boardwalk or winter hike, the heat is unreal. Winter adds that little something to the experience though, when the snow is piled on the edges, but you are just boiling away under the stars. If you are curious, the water temperature is kept between 37-40ºC (98-104ºF).
