Nestled along the scenic Athabasca River just a few kilometers from town, this campground offers a perfect base for your Jasper adventures. While a recent wildfire has reshaped the landscape, you'll witness nature's resilience firsthand with new growth emerging, and you might even wake up to elk wandering past your site. The facilities are excellent, with hot showers and clean washrooms, making it a comfortable and convenient spot to settle in after a day of exploring the park.

There is a FCFS section for electric spots! This is a lesser known secret of the park--I recommend getting there are early as possible to secure a spot if you're trying for FCFS.

You do need a Parks Pass to stay here. Reservations are required for most spots, you can get them online or try calling day of (before 1pm) or showing up to see if there are any cancels (after 2pm)
