The MacBride Museum of Yukon History is an immersive experience into the past that cannot be found anywhere else. Visitors can learn about the importance of Mt. Logan & the Icefields, different Yukon wildlife, and indigenous culture and history, while also enjoying outdoor activities in the historic grounds of the museum, such as taking a stroll through the vibrant gardens of Engine 51. In addition, shop for unique souvenirs and memorabilia in the accompanying gift shops and participate in the museum's many educational programs to truly appreciate the cultural heritage of the Yukon.

Eryn's Tips:

  • I have been going to the MacBride Museum since I was a kid, and I love walking through the different exhibits! My favourite exhibit has always been the wildlife area that shows the amazing animal species in the Yukon! There's even an albino moose with red eyes that used to be in one of the local clothing stores here until it eventually got moved to the museum!
