This hike is closed in the spring and early summer due to lambing season, so make sure you check to see if it's open before hiking!
You are very exposed to the wind on this hike, so check the weather before you go! It's fine to hike in the wind, but it may be a less pleasant experience!
I have actually never managed to completely summit the "official" version of this hike, as the one time I attempted it, we were going to be late for a family dinner and had to turn back. But, I have hiked up the back side of the mountain (and by hiked I mean bushwacked) and the views were INSANE overlooking Bennett Lake!
I would say this is a very traveller-friendly Yukon hike as it is a good trail with open views and relatively close to Whitehorse! As always, do your research as hikes in the Yukon are often more rugged, outside of cell service and require wayfinding!
