Diamond Tooth Gerties Gambling Hall is an experience like no other! Located in downtown Dawson City, it's Canada's first casino, bringing a unique Klondike-period style to visitors. Since 1971, it has been wowing guests with its cancan entertainment and friendly charm. There are many games of chance to play, as well as delicious food and drinks. Lucky summer visitors will be able to meet Diamond Tooth Gertie herself, who sings powerful vocals with incredibly entertaining conversations, which is followed by the high-kicking antics of her Gold Rush Girls. A night at this saloon will be an unforgettable experience that provides memories for years to come.

Eryn's Tips:

• Gertie's is not open in the winter months, so make sure to double-check before your visit that it is open!

• It is suuupppppeeerrr busy in the summer, so you may have to stand in line for a little while before getting in, but it's worth it!

• Gertie's feels like you've taken a step back in time once you walk in with the Gold Rush decorations and costumes. It is a super fun experience and I would recommend going and seeing one of the three nightly shows, even if you aren't a huge drinker or casino person!

• You do have to pay an entrance fee to get in the first time, but that fee is for the entire year, so you won't have to pay again!

• I usually watch one of the shows and play blackjack! I am pretty terrible at cards, but it is always super fun :)
