Cactus Country is 12 acres of cactus garden located on the Murray in Strathmerton, filled with so many photo opportunities as you wander the trails. Yes, there’s even Mexican food! I enjoyed a generous plate of pork nachos, cactus ice cream and cactus cake (yep, you heard me) and of course some frozen margaritas which were perfect on a hot day!
