For an extra challenge, continue onto the 4.4km Levada do Caldeirão do Inferno – a path that includes 8 tunnels and winding stairs that lead you to another spectacular waterfall. Along the way, you will have plenty of chances to marvel at the beautiful green cauldron, rushing waterfalls and valleys.
