Start: take the boat from Lugano to colorful Gandria. It is one of the most beautiful boat ride in Switzerland and Gandria village is so charming, worth to stop for a lunch or a quick break to take it all in.

Once in Gandria, start your walk back towards Lugano on the paved trail next to the lake.

The walk is approx 1 hour 10 minutes long and approximately 5 km.
