Hängst is a fantastic ridge hike located in central Switzerland. It offers stunning views and a unique rocky limestone landscape filled with holes, which makes it a very interesting hike. However, it's important to note that this hike is not for the faint of heart. The trail can be challenging and even dangerous at times, especially on the rocky sections and exposed ridge. But if you're up for the adventure and love a good adrenaline rush, Hängst is definitely worth checking out!

HIKE DETAILS:

Start at Sörenberg Halltestelle Hirsegg. The hike is 18 km long with 1195 meters of elevation gain. It can take 6 - 7 hours to complete the trail.

You will be hiking on narrow ridges and rocky limestones with lots of whole in them. Always watch your step.

You will be finishing the hike at Dorfzentrum Sörenberg.
