The Batöni waterfall arena is a stunning natural spectacle of three 86 and 45 metre tall cascading waterfalls located in the beautiful Heidiland holiday region. This area is also known for being one of 55 so-called 'Places of Power' in the region, with energies said to be uplifting and empowering. Those who take on the 3 hour hike can not only enjoy the spectacular view, but also experience the local history, legends and traditions the area has to offer, as well as having the chance of encountering chamois, deer or ibex while there. It is an experience sure to be worth the journey!

HIKE DETAILS:

Start at Weisstannen Oberdorf. The hike is 8 km long with 500 meters of elevation gain.

You can find 3 - 5 waterfalls (depends on how much rainfall the are had) and a suspension bridge.

To reach the waterfalls you need to uphill hike in the valley. Nothing technical, fairly easy and straightforward hike. There are no water fountain or huts on the way so pack your water and snack.
