Furka Pass is a legendary mountain pass in Switzerland that connects the Cantons of Uri and Valais. It's one of the highest passes in the Swiss Alps, reaching an altitude of 2,429 meters (7,960 feet). This place is famous for its steep and winding roads, making it a thrilling drive for adventure seekers. Plus, it gained even more fame when it was featured in the James Bond film Goldfinger. The pass is only open during the summer months, usually from late May to early November, due to snowy conditions in winter it is closed. But if you're up for the challenge, the breathtaking views and hairpin turns are definitely worth it. Don't forget to check out the iconic Hotel-Restaurant Belvédère and the Rhône Glacier while you're there!

There are plenty of hiking trail you can find on this pass such as Amber Heim hut hike, Sidelen hut, Furka Höhenweg etc.
