This is a mountain hut campsite with limited (but good) facilities and very remote in the Highlands of Iceland.

The camp site has tables and chairs, toilets, showers and a sink. In Hólaskjól there is also sleeping bag accommodation indoors, three small cabins that are possible to get with or without bed linen.
