Brúarhlöð Canyon is beautiful gorge near the Golden Circle by the river Hvitá. Good pit stop to take a short walk around on the paths around the canyon.

🚶Distance: Few steps from the parking lot. If you walk through the bushes on one of the paths downstream, you will find more nice viewpoints there

💡Thoughts: After the newly introduced fee, I'm honestly not even sure it's worth it anymore, unless you have some extra time
❄️ Winter: Accessible but slippery, be careful
