This guided full-day hike takes you to the summit of Eyjafjallajökull, the volcano famous for its 2010 eruption. Starting near Seljavallalaug, you’ll climb steep foothills before roping up for the glacier section, gaining about 1,600 meters over 8 km. No prior glacier experience is needed, but this is a long, physically demanding hike that requires strong fitness.
