MOUNTAIN HUT CAMPSITE

Like most mountain huts in the highlands, it offers limited facilities, but unlimited beauty. If you don't reserve a sleeping place in the cabin, you can camp outside in a designated area.

The older hut was built in 1967. It has two storeys. The ground floor comprises an entrance, a kitchen, the warden’s room, and a sleeping hall, and upstairs are sleeping quarters. The younger hut has a kitchen, a warden’s room, and a sleeping hall downstairs, and upstairs are sleeping quarters. Both houses accommodate 120 people in bunks and on mattresses on the floor. Both kitchens are equipped with oil-stoves, pots and pans, but no other utensils.
