Mount Elsay is a challenging hike in Mount Seymour Provincial Park, British Columbia. The trail features steep boulder descents, overgrown sections, and plenty of uphill climbs. Hikers can expect to encounter bears, so it's a good idea to bring bear spray or a slower friend for safety. Despite the tough terrain, the lake at the end of the trail offers a peaceful spot for a swim, with the chance to enjoy some solitude away from the crowds.
