Struisbaai is a great weekend getaway from Cape Town – it takes you 2.5 to 3 hours to get there and you find yourself in the middle of nature, just a short drive away from Cape Aghulas where the Atlantic and Indian Ocean meet. In Langezandt Fishermen’s Village you find a lot of cottages and self-catering accommodations like this one. We spent a weekend here, having braais, playing card games, going for long walks on the beach and just relaxing and recharging.
