Crater Lake National Park is a stunning gem located in southern Oregon, known for its deep blue waters and breathtaking scenery. Formed by the collapse of an ancient volcano, the lake is the deepest in the United States and boasts some of the clearest water around. Visitors flock to the park to take in the views from Rim Drive, hike along scenic trails, or simply relax by the water's edge. The Rim Drive that runs around the park, offers over 30 different roadside overlooks and pullouts.

From the months of October to May, the park is often covered in snow and the Rim Drive closes. If you plan to visit, we'd recommend visiting between June and September to avoid any road closure risks.
