This jetty is the longest timber-piled jetty (pier) in the Southern Hemisphere, it's almost 2km long, which is quite impressive but the great thing about it is that at the end of it you can see one of the few natural aquariums.

You can either pay and see it from the observatory built within the jetty (for 37$) or you can jump in the water and go snorkelling/free diving.

There is a 4$ fee to pay to access the Jetty and you can either walk to the end of it or you can jump on the train every hour on the hour for 16$ (we suggest walking)

It is such a great spot and so rich in wildlife we can't even see how much we appreciated it.
