Welcome to Revelstoke — one of the most underrated mountain towns in BC and a true playground for outdoor lovers year-round.

Surrounded by the Selkirk and Monashee Mountains, this place goes way beyond just “nice views” — it’s all about what you can actually do here.

In summer, you’ve got incredible hiking and biking options. Trails like Mount Revelstoke Summit Trail (easy alpine access with huge views), Eva Lake (moderate, wildflowers + alpine lake), and Begbie Falls (short and easy waterfall stop) are all worth it.

Mountain biking is huge here too, especially at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, which has lift-accessed downhill trails if you’re into that.

You can also drive the Meadows in the Sky Parkway, one of the only places where you can get to subalpine terrain without a long hike.

In winter, Revelstoke turns into a serious destination. Revelstoke Mountain Resort is known for having the most vertical in North America, plus deep powder and fewer crowds compared to places like Whistler.

It’s also a hub for backcountry skiing and heli-skiing, attracting people from all over the world.

Beyond that, the town itself has a really cool, slightly gritty mountain vibe — great cafés, local breweries, and a more authentic feel compared to more polished resort towns. Whether you’re here to ski, hike, bike, or just explore somewhere a bit less crowded, Revelstoke is one of those places that really delivers.
