Valagil Waterfall is a quiet hidden gem in the Westfjords that most travelers completely miss. Reaching the first waterfall only requires a short 40-minute hike from the parking area, making it a great stop if you're already exploring the area.

If you choose to continue farther into the valley, you’ll find additional waterfalls and viewpoints along the way. The trail can be very uneven and slippery in sections, so good shoes are recommended, especially after rain.
