The Þingmannaá River winds its way through a scenic canyon before emptying into Vatnsfjörður, creating a series of small but beautiful waterfalls along the way.

There’s a small parking area just off the road, and from there it’s only about a five minute walk to reach the waterfall, making this a quick and easy stop if you’re exploring the Westfjords.
