Located on the beautiful and remote Flatey Island, Hótel Flatey is the perfect place to stay if you're trying to escape from the usual tourist route. This hotel is only accessible by ferry, and it's really one of the only accommodations on the island.

Keep in mind the hotel does have shared restrooms, but they are kept very clean.
