LAVA Centre is an interactive museum focused on Iceland’s volcanoes, earthquakes, and geology. It’s a good stop if you want a better understanding of the landscapes you’re seeing while driving the South Coast, and it’s especially nice on a rainy day or if you want a break from outdoor stops.
