We rented through Maui Motorhomes and I would 100% do it again. It was easily the best rental experience, and honestly made the whole trip feel seamless.

You see their vans everywhere while driving around the South Island, like it’s clearly one of the most popular motorhomes out there, and after using it, I totally get why. It fit our family perfectly, super comfortable, easy to use, and actually felt like a little home on wheels.

The biggest thing for me though was their service. We got a flat tire at one point (of course), and they showed up within 30 minutes and changed it for us for free. With kids, that kind of support makes such a difference.

Picking it up right near Queenstown Airport was also super easy, and they walk you through everything so you feel confident before you leave.

It just made the whole road trip feel easy and fun instead of stressful.
