ALTER SPACE is pretty much the only proper co-working space on the island so far. It's open 24/7 with reliable WiFi and a generator so you can always rely on this space in case of power outages which frequently happen on the island. They have hourly, daily, weekly and monthly passes, you can find their current price list (Jan 2024) in the pictures. For an additional charge, they also have small meeting rooms in case you need total peace and quiet for video/phone calls.
