Suðuroy: The Untamed Southern Isle

Suðuroy is the southernmost island in the Faroe Islands. Think towering sea cliffs, green valleys, and quiet villages waiting to be explored.

To get here you need to take a scenic two-hour ferry ride from Tórshavn. Once on the island, a car is highly recommended to reach hidden spots and hiking trails, which range from easy coastal walks to more challenging mountain climbs. Plan for a couple of days to see the best of it.
