Lake Minnewanka is a 21km long lake located very close to Banff townsite. The jewel-toned lake is backdropped by the dramatic Mount Inglismaldie (2964m).
The Lake Minnewanka Scenic Drive (24km) is a loop route following the shores of Two Jack Lake and Minnewanka Lake. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife! We often see herds of elk and big horn sheep here.

A Parks Canada parks pass is required to explore Banff National Park ($22/day for a vehicle of up to 7 people).
