Worried about finding RV or van camping in Banff National Park? If you get stuck, there's always the Lake Louise Overflow on Highway 1.

A big gravel parking area, it's not scenic, private or super quiet but if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, it works fine. There is one outhouse toilet and no other facilities. The phone signal isn't very good.

The price is $12 - fees are paid by self registration. Cash is easiest but you can leave card details too.

Officially, the limit is one night. The paved area is not part of the overflow camping area.
