Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a great place to connect with First Nation culture while travelling BC. This museum/cafe/art gallery is Indigenous-owned and operated and is housed in an incredible building designed to evoke a traditional longhouse.

Every hour, there is a guided tour led by Cultural Ambassadors, which include a hand drum welcome song and 15 minute film (1 hour tour time total). From June to September, there is an Interpretive Forest Tour at 2pm as well.
