Need to stretch your legs? Located on the slopes of Mount Dufferin, Kenna Cartwright Nature Park has plenty of options to get you moving.

For a quick hiking adventure, I'd suggest the Tower Trail. It heads to a viewpoint platform with stunning views of Kamloops and surrounding dry and rugged landscape. The wide, well maintained 3.4km return trail features a gradual incline but is rated easy.
