Marble Canyon is a deep gorge with a rushing river. The 30 to 45 minute loop hike follows the top of the canyon, offering spectacular views of the steep walls, river and surrounding mountains. A geological wonder, explained by the interpretive signs along the way.

Located in Kootenay National Park, Marble Canyon is just across the provincial line from Alberta and Banff National Park - a 15 minute detour from Highway 1.

A Parks Canada parks pass is required to explore Marble Canyon. The same pass is interchangeable for Kootenay National Park and Banff National Park.
