Whistler Train Wreck Trail has a somewhat unusual destination - graffiti covered, railway box cars in the middle of a forest! These cars were dragged here after their train derailed in 1956, after being deemed too damaged to repair.

The train wreck isn't the only appeal of this trail. The cars sit in an old growth forest and there is a 27m long suspension bridge just before the wreck area. This hike isn't for everyone but it is certainly unusual!

The short 2.3km return trail is pretty straightforward, save for a steep section just before the suspension bridge.
