This hotel is 5 stars in terms of location and convenience: It is 5 minutes away from the interlaken Ost train station, and just 3 minutes away from the funicular towads Harder Kulm. I definitely need to shout about their magnificent glass rooftop suite, where you can literally lie on the bed and look above to a sky full of stars at night, and walk out in the morning to exceptional view of the mountains.

The standard rooms are also spacious for Swiss standards with charming, vintage furnishings and oozes old-world charm. There is also a small gallery at the lobby with antiques from the past and is quite lovely.

Breakfast is continental European style with coffee/tea/juice, bread/pastries, cheese, cold cuts, butter/marmalade, yoghurt, cereal/granola;eggs, sausage and bacon type stuff.

If you have time after all the adventure outside...come back to the hotel and enjoy their sauna and lovely pool in a garden!
