The trailhead to this stunning hot spring is located within the Umpqua National Forrest off Forrest road 3401. I’d recommend downloading an off road map before visiting since the service is spotty around the area.

Pointers:

  • The hike is short and steep. 0.8 miles roundtrip with only 300ft of elevation gain. Dogs must be on a leash. Make sure to pay for parking!

  • The trailhead here is SMALL so if you don’t time it correctly you could be left without a parking spot. Go early to secure a spot

  • -Nudity is allowed at this hot spring so if you aren’t comfortable with this you may want to try a different swimming hole

  • PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN HIKING OUTDOORS

  • STAY ON THE MARKED TRAILS

  • PACK OUT YOUR TRASH

  • RESPECT WILDLIFE

  • BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER VISITORS

  • LEAVE IT BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT (PACK OUT TRASH YOU SEE)
