Jetty Beach is a quiet, low-key campground tucked into a sheltered bay near Cape Bruny Lighthouse. 

It’s a good spot if you’re exploring the far south of the island and want a peaceful, off-grid place to stay.

There’s no reception, no power, and very little around, just a few sites nestled among the bush, a toilet block, and a short trail to the beach. 

The water is calm, great for snorkelling, kayaking, and for families. 

Sites are unmarked and first-come, first-served, so don’t bank on getting a spot in peak season unless you arrive early.

• Usually quiet, but can fill up on holidays

• Park Pass required (South Bruny NP)

• Pay camping fees in the deposit box (cash only)

• Access via unsealed roads but suitable for 2WD

• First-come, first-served, no bookings

• Bring everything, there are no shops or facilities nearby
