We absolutely loved this walk, easily one of our top hikes on Bruny. It’s got a bit of everything: forest, cliffs, ocean views, and a decent leg burn along the way.

The trailhead is south of Adventure Bay. The full loop is about 6 km (clockwise) and takes 2 to 3 hours depending on your pace

Just bring decent shoes and avoid it on windy days if you’re not great with heights, some parts feel pretty exposed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Huge coastal views from the top

  • Narrow track with drop-offs, not great for vertigo

  • Mostly quiet outside peak season

TO ACCESS

  • Free to access

  • Trail starts at the end of Adventure Bay Road

  • Allow 2 to 3 hours for the 6 km loop

  • No facilities once you’re on the track, go prepared
