This lighthouse really does feel like it’s on the edge of the earth, with roaring winds and some of the most dramatic views out over the Southern Ocean.

You can walk up the steep path to the base anytime and explore the grounds, or join a guided tour and go inside the lighthouse for VIP views!

Even if you skip the tour, it’s still worth the drive down. Just check the hours if you're driving, vehicles are only allowed between 9.30am and 4.30pm. Outside those times, it’s walk-in only.
