Even I had no idea that you could find authentic Greek caviar, until April last year when I visited Thesauri Aquafarm, near Arta, just moments away from Amvrakikos Gulf.

If you find yourself in the area, I totally recommend visiting the Aquafarm, where you can arrange a tour around the pools with the sturgeon fish and of course taste the several kinds of caviar that they produce, including the beluga kind, which is considered the most exclusive one.
