The Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park is a popular spot for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a range of activities like mountain biking, cross-country skiing, trail running, hiking, roller skiing, disc golf, and more.

Originally built for the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics, this park boasts over 100km of trails with stunning views of Canmore and the Rockies. It's probably the best cross-country skiing center in all of Canada, with Team Canada training at the facility. You can rent skis at the center.

The Nordic Center transitions in the summertime to a network of trails for mountain bikers with a wide range of difficulties. My personal favorite is the Odyssey Trail. You can rent mountain bikes from Rebound Cycle in town or Trail Sports at the Nordic Center.
