The Grandtully Hotel by Ballintaggart is a charming destination just on the outskirts of Aberfeldy in Perthshire, with plenty to see and do on your doorstep.

The hotel is only small, but features an amazing restaurant (open to non-guests), bar, outdoor terrace and private dining room that focuses on quality Scottish food and drink.

The food here is exquisite and while we haven't stayed here, we've heard great things!

It's also next door to the Highland Chocolatier which is worth a visit.
