Rising up majestically, Liathach is the eighth highest mountain of the British Isles and is a popular destination for climbers and hikers.

With its dramatic ridges and rocky terraces that reach over a kilometer in height, it certainly looks intimidating and there are some routes that require little more than a short steep scramble. Its summits Mullach an Rathain and Spidean a' Choire Lèith offer incredible views from the lochs to the north.

Please do not attempt this walk unless you are an experienced hiker.
